My goal for my clients is to feel like they are in charge of their mental health – not just coping or managing it!

Knowing how difficult it can be when life feels overwhelming, I founded Bliss Counselling & Wellness Centre – to give people the opportunity to be heard and develop

As a Canadian Certified Counsellor with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, I draw upon a number of evidenced-based treatment modalities, including solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness practices, acceptance and commitment therapy and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing. Using this training I hope to help my clients learn new skills and grow more confident, make stronger connections to their mental health and feel happier and more in charge of their lives.

Hello! I am Oribim, a registered dietitian based in The Pas, Manitoba. As a dietitian, my vision is to help support you in a way that enables you to reach your health goals without fear or shame. My goal is to provide you with the knowledge and tools to make healthy decisions confidently. I embrace clients from all backgrounds and cultures as I learn from you just as much as you learn from me.
